Free Shipping in Continental USA

Orders > $100 ship free within the continental USA, usually by UPS Ground from Missouri.  Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico have additional UPS shipping charges.  You will be notified by email when your product ships.  Due to high demand, orders may take 5-10 days to process and ship. Contact us if you have an event deadline to expedite.  For pre-orders, see the expected availability date.  

Free Shipping in UK and Europe (except duties)

We offer free shipping for UK and Europe orders from our Oxford shop location.  However, when shipped outside of UK, country-specific duties and UPS brokerage fees may be due upon receipt.  Orders usually ship within 5 business days.

Canada Shipping

Shipping to Canada via USPS Priority Mail International (~6-10 days by CanadaPost) is included in the Canadian purchase price.  We also include a USMCA duty-free declaration letter so you should not be charged duties, so long as Trump honors his USMCA treaty.  However, you may still have to pay some border fees or taxes, usually < 10% of purchase price, before receiving your shipment.

Other International Shipping

Beyond North America and Europe, we are not shipping internationally at the current time as too many packages were getting damaged or lost.  We will revisit once more sustainable logistics are in place.
